Technical sales support for the Nordic market. Visit the seller to give the customer the most optimal solution. Prototype testing at the customer. Production of technical documents based on test results. Follow-up and possible modification to maintain the technical level and customer satisfaction

Technical sales support for the North American market. Was located in Chicago for 3 years and had the US and Canada as a workplace. The duties were similar to those described above.

Application Engineer
When new products were launched, I followed them to customers and adapted them to just the application that was tested and documented.
With that foundation, the design department changed or supplemented the product in most cases, I made the changes myself for information to the person concerned. Then the substrate was left to sellers. At business, documentation was handed over to the customer and I gave support under the customer’s order.
